Our Leadership
Our board brings together experience in project management, community service, and missionary work — all united by a shared commitment to clean water in Liberia.
Otis is the founder of IDWP and a Project Analyst/Project Manager. A Liberian with residence in Minnesota, he initiated the idea for IDWP in 2007 through his Master of Science capstone project in Project Management at St. Mary's University of Minnesota.
He has served as a consultant at Honeywell and IBM on several advanced technology projects. Otis is deeply committed to using his skills to benefit his native country of Liberia.
